Welcome to Social Justice Gifts! By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Made-to-Order Products

At Social Justice Gifts, all of our t-shirts are printed on demand — meaning each item is custom-made just for you once your order is placed. This approach helps reduce waste and ensures you receive a freshly printed product crafted with care.

Production Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and processing before your order ships.

Shipping

Once your order has been printed and packed, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier.

Note: Shipping time is in addition to the 3–5 day production window, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each of our products is made-to-order, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • There’s a printing error.

  • You receive the wrong item.

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear photo of the issue.

  • A brief description.

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for items that meet these conditions.

Sizing

We cannot offer returns or exchanges for size-related issues, as each shirt is made to order. We strongly recommend checking the sizing chart provided on every product page before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, production begins and the order is final.

Limitation of Liability

Social Justice Gifts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delivery delays beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
